Chef Collin Ho

Founder and Chef Collin Ho fell in love with cooking from a young age. His passion lies in providing premium yet affordable Western cuisine for diners from all walks of life.

Chef Collin started his first COLLIN’S® outlet in 2011 after having accumulated 20 years of culinary experience in restaurants and five-star hotels. In 2017, the Common Grill® by COLLIN’S® outlet in 217 Bedok North became the first Western cuisine outlet in Singapore to have a state-of-the-art Mibrasa charcoal grill oven installed in its kitchen - a reflection of Chef Collin’s commitment to deliver a quality dining experience.

Within the scene of coffeeshop dining, the charcoal grill is a game changer. Unlike the gas or electric grill, the charcoal grill imparts a distinctive smoky flavour to the meat. Combined with the aroma that arises when one bites into the meat, the enjoyment of a cut of meat becomes a sumptuous experience.

Today, Common Grill® serves tens of thousands of diners across 11 outlets in Singapore. The award-winning brand has also been recognised as Most Popular Promising Brand at the 2017 and 2018 Singapore Prestige Brand Awards respectively.
